VIRTUAL CONSIGNMENT

    List your item on our O/S platform, a curated online marketplace for vintage furniture and decor. Connect with a wide audience of vintage buyers and join our diverse community of sellers, artisans, and creative professionals.


    Items from our inventory are prominently featured on our website and are showcased in rotation on our Instagram stories. In addition, we carefully curate select items to be featured on our Instagram profile feed, giving them  more visibility and exposure to our followers.


    We strive to create a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for both buyers and sellers, ensuring that your item receives the attention it deserves.

    CONSIGNMENT GUIDELINES FOR SELLERS

    LISTING ITEMS

    •  You CAN list your items on other platforms, like selling apps.
    •  You CANNOT list items with other furniture dealers.


    PRICING

    •   Prices on ALL platforms must match the consignment price set by O/S.


    COMMUNICATION

    •  Inform O/S about any price changes or sales on other platforms.
    •  We will adjust the listings accordingly.


    COMPLIANCE

    •   If we find an item listed at a different price elsewhere, it will be removed from our rotation.

    CONDITION

    The consignor must clearly show the item's condition with photos and descriptions. Customers should know that vintage items may show some wear before buying. We recommend that customers check the item in person if they have concerns. If they can't do that and the item is not as described, O/S is not responsible.

    PICK UP & DELIVERY

    Once your item sells, the buyer will be provided with your phone number to coordinate pick-up at your convenience. If the buyer prefers delivery, O/S can assist in coordinating with a suggested shipper or delivery person. Alternatively, you may also offer your own delivery service.

    WHAT TO SEND


    • Take photos of the item during the day, in natural lighting, with minimal clutter. 


    • Photos and video of the item from the front, back and sides


    • Photos of any signs of wear including scratches, gauges, rips, staining, rusting, fading, fraying and structural issues


    • Brief description of the item condition, noting any damage. O/S does not take responsibility for any damage that is not mentioned in description.  


    • Measurements including length, depth and height (L x D x H). When measuring chairs please include Seat Height.


    • Payment information (Venmo/Zelle/Paypal), zip code, and contact phone number
