PURCHASE AND RETURNS 

All sales are final.  We do not accept deposits, holds or returns.

An item is not considered sold until payment has ben received. Payments must be made prior to pick-up or delivery.

CONDITION 

Each item has a history and some general wear is expected. Items are sold in AS IS condition. 

Any significant imperfections (i.e. deep scratches, gauges, tears and functional issues) are provided in photos and/or descriptions. However, please be aware that some minimal wear is normal for vintage pieces and may not be detected through photography. 

If you have any additional condition concerns or requirements we are happy to provide more photos and information upon request.

PICK-UP

Items must be picked up within 7 days of purchase. If an item is not picked up within 7 days, a 10% weekly storage fee will be charged upon the date of pick-up.

Blankets and packing items are suggested for pick-ups of furniture and fragile items. Please bring help as needed as we do not provide assistance with loading items. 

Items not picked up after 30 days are considered abandoned property and will be put back for sale.

SHIPPING

We offer local delivery and nationwide shipping options. Rates are calculated by the shipping companies based on weight, size and distance traveled. We do not control shipping rates and cannot offer discounts on shipping. 

We are not responsible for any delays, or damage that may occur during transit. 

Delivery companies are not affiliated with Out of Stok Vintage. Any delivery issues should be taken up with the delivery company directly. 

Payment for delivery should be made to the company/ delivery person directly.
